Cancelling your subscription
The store "owner" has an additional "manage subscription" menu where he/she can cancel their subscription to FoodCommerce. When you do this the subscription status is flagged to go inactive at the next billing point.
If any additional charges have accumulated a final invoice will be issued.
Your FoodCommerce store will remain fully functional and usable until it goes "inactive".
If you change your mind
Before your subscription goes "inactive" you can revisit the cancellation screen and "abort cancellation".
After your subscription has gone "inactive" you will be given a short period (nominally two months) where you can login and "reactivate" it. Once this period has expired your store, and all the data within it, will be permanently removed from our servers.
